What is City Touch?
CityTouch is a street lighting and management application with ZigBee networking, a future-proof RF technology with plug-and-play operation, wired and wireless technology. It works in harmony with LEDs, which include futuristic lighting technology, including traditional armature technology, which consume less energy and provide brighter lighting.
Motion Detection
CityTouch performs on / off operations according to whether there are any pedestrian, bikes and vehicles around its circular location.
Either its superior technology detects the speed of the approaching object or prevents the object from remaining in the dark with a perfect synchronized fit. Therfore, this prevents objects from remaining in the dark, also avoids wasted energy consumption when there is no object found, as a result up to 80% energy saving is achieved.
Wi-Fi Communication
CityTouch has the Zigbee communication infrastructure, which the most important element of the smart city (Smart Grid) target is RF communication technology. The devices communicate with each other using Zigbee technology in a wireless environment and work in perfect synchronized harmony.
Auto Brightness Adjustment
It adjust the amount of brightness according to the distance of the aproaching object to itself ,and with the help of wireless communucation technology warns the other devices that the object is aproaching ,and puts it into operation.
Reduced Maintenance Cost
With its sensor technology, CityTouch warns users about faulty or inoperable LEDs or light bulbs thanks to centralized management software and reduces maintenance costs by 50%. Contrary to what is traditionally known, opening and closing LEDs prolongs the life of LEDs. According to object detection, the on-off feature extends the lifetime of LED's.
Realtime Reports
CityTouch reports on the amount of energy consumed and saved to its users by all the time and users also can make instant observation. The user can access this information at any time by connecting to the system with internet browser.
Safe Mode
CityTouch warns the centre about fault to prevent accidents that may occur in the event of a malfunction after bringing the lighting level to 100%.
